Come along for a free mindfulness session with one of our gym instructors. Pulling from aspects of yoga and relaxation techniques, this is a low-impact session to keep you moving and learn some mindfulness techniques to help you through uni and everyday life!
Stick around for some free snacks and soft drinks to chill out after and take a break.
