Join us for our first Drag Herstory Wokrshop an interactive and entertaining workshop led by drag performer Maneeta from Dragged Around London.
From Shakespearean theatre and historic performance traditions to ballroom culture, Pride, and today’s drag scene, Drag Herstory traces over 500 years of drag as an art form and a powerful force for social change. Along the way, participants will discover how drag has challenged gender norms, shaped LGBTQ+ activism, and created spaces of community, resistance, and joy.
Whether you’re new to drag or already a fan, this event is a brilliant opportunity to learn, laugh, and engage with queer history in a way that’s memorable, meaningful, and full of flair.
